DIY: Emotion Flowers
by Genevieve Lowry CCLS
Sometimes children need help identifying emotions, processing and releasing them. In this video I explore and experiment with connecting emotions to a physical or tactile expression of a feeling. Using various materials to create flowers that represent the emotions we can then discuss how they feel in our bodies and safe ways to tend to our feelings or nurture our connections to others.
